Starvin Marvin

Marv is doing great. He loves to be outside. He has a wonderful personality, it develops a little more every day. He try's to help me put my boots on, but I think he would be better at helping me take them off. Thanks for all you did for him, Charlie

Brownie

Brownie was transferred to NorthEast CoonHound Rescue by way of SPCA of Pittsylvania County. Here she is in her new home, loving life!!!

Charity

Charity was a goofy, fun loving girl who would steal anyones heart in a second! Here she is in her new home!

Pearle

Pearle was rescued from the pound by AWLOPC. She had an issue with keeping her balance. It was determined she had a history of abuse leaving her with permanent head trauma. Pearl was adopted by a wonderful family, but had a few issues with kitties. She has come a long way though, She has learned patience, and the ability to care for kitties too! This photo is of Pearle and her kitty sibling! So glad Pearle has such a wonderful life now!

Sarge

Sarge was an owner surrender to a very high-kill pound. AWLOPC rescued him on his last day to live. We had him about 2 years and all of our members fell in love with him! We took him to every adoption event in hopes to find him a perfect home. Then at PetCo one Saturday, a nice young couple came in to purchase their dog a birthday present, they met and fell in love with Sarge and the rest is history! Here is a quote from Sarge's new mom: "Every day I am so thankful we ran to Danville that one Saturday where we first fell in love with him...now, we couldn't imagine life with out him."
